Her Majesty
Queen Elizabeth

We are united in sadness at the news of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth’s passing away. We give thanks to God for her godly example and life of service, dedication, comfort, consistency, integrity, kindness, and deep trust in God.

Our comfort is that Her Majesty now enjoys rest in the presence of her King whom she served, loved and trusted in so faithfully. We are confident she has been welcomed into Christ’s eternal kingdom with His words ‘well done, good and faithful servant’.

We pray on for The Royal Family and for our nation at this time.

'My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the

strength of my heart and my portion forever.'

 Psalm 73:26

Christianity Explored

Starts 7th November

CE is an informal and relaxed course lasting six Monday evenings. It’s for anyone who wants to think about the meaning of life and discuss the big questions on our mind. It’s run by ordinary Christian people local to you and it’s completely free. You don’t need to know anything about the Bible, you can ask any question you like or you can just sit and listen.

Whoever you are, whatever you’re thinking, CE is a place for you to explore the Christian good news. It might just be the best news you’ve been looking for.

Impact? Café

20th November - 11am

Come along to our next Oakhall Café. We'll be hearing from our special guest, Peter Saunders, who will be exploring the impact that followers of Jesus have had on our world.

We wait in hope for the Lord; he is our help and our shield.  In him our hearts rejoice, for we trust in his holy name. May your unfailing love be with us, Lord, even as we put our hope in you.
