Caterham Foodbank

If you are in immediate need of food and qualify for a food parcel you can visit our local Foodbank to receive a food parcel. If you would like to find out if you qualify for a free food parcel and where to go, please see the guidelines here:

If you would like to donate items for our local Foodbank then do check out the list of items they are in need of. These items can be donated at a local supermarket.

CAP Course

The CAP course is designed to help with money management. You don't have to be facing significant financial pressures to come along. The course is only 3 sessions but provides really practical advice for managing personal finances.

tastelife

tastelife is a course designed around supporting and helping those struggling with disordered eating. These are great courses that are practical, helpful and confidential. We normally run a course each autumn term.

Café Milk

Thursdays (9.30am-12.30pm)

Café Milk is hosted here at Oakhall Church on Thursday mornings. There is professional help and support to breastfeeding mothers and pregnant women at any stage. There is a great community of new and expectant parents to chat and share experiences.

Getting outside can be really important for our mental health and talking through life with another person can be so helpful so we are encouraging people to get outside with someone and Walk. Talk. Pray.
